There is a dead body at my bus stop this morning. Broad and Ursulines. The police have it covered with tarp because of the rain. It must have happened within the hour, because while the police have the mini-block between Bellechasse and Ursulines taped off, I didn't see any crime scene investigators or coroner's there yet.

Oh good god!
Bullet holes I can handle, maybe some gunshots in the night.. abstract evidence. But I think if I actually saw a dead person I'd run screaming to Alaska. Alaska's safe, right?
